Shipping policy

Products ship using UPS and USPS carriers during normal business days. We do not ship products on federal holidays. Products are normally fulfilled and shipped within 24hours of receiving your order, not including holidays and weekends. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 13th Floor 938 Manchester St., Lexington, KY, 40508, United States.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please refer to our Refund Policy: Here

We only ship within the United States.
